 Dr.S.R.Paranjothi
Dr.S.R.Paranjothi who brings with him an illustrious experience spanning 42 years of which 37 years have been dedicated for PG courses and research, presently heads the Department of EEE. During this period he has guided 4 Ph.D., scholars, 45 P.G., projects and many U.G., projects. Besides being a member of Board of Studies of several Universities, he has also served as member of Academic Council of the Anna University and also the member of the Syndicate of the same University. He is also an active member of several prestigious professional societies like IET (U.K) and has served them with distinction from time to time.

Director Mr. P.S. Pandyan is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University. After serving as a lecturer in Trivandrum Engineering College, he joined the Indian Administrative Service and held various positions in public and business administration for over three decades. He holds a degree in Law besides Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers. He has served as Director in many private and public sector companies in the country and has attended many management training programs in India and Abroad.

 Dr. R.V. Seeniraj
Dr. R.V. Seeniraj is the Dean of Mechanical Engineering in Rajalakshmi Engineering College. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering and obtained M.Sc(Engg) in Heat Power Engineering in the year 1965 and 1969 respectively from the University of Madras. He started his carrier as Associate Lecturer in Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore. He earned his Ph.D in the field of high temperature gas dynamics from IITm, Chennai through the Q.I.P. scheme. This work has been published in four interenational conferences. He has attended / presented papers in many national and international conferences. He has taught for BE, ME, MS students and also guided / supervised projects for MS and Ph.D research scholars. His area of interest is the phase change processer in heat transfer. He also serve as paper reference for the journals in heat and mass transfer. He has also served as a member of Academic Council, Anna University and member Board of Studies in Mechanical Engineering. He was involved in many industrial consultancy activities and also UGC funded projects. During 2003 to 2007 he has served in Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering as Professor and the Head, Dept of Mechanical Engineering.

Prof. Ponnammal Natarajan

Prof. Ponnammal Natarajan, is an Advisor (Research & Development), Rajalakshmi Engineering College. She has four decades of experience with the academic, which includes 25 years at Anna University and 7 years at Texas A&M University USA, which is also her Almamater. She is the recipient of Maharaja of Vijayanagaram prize from Presidency College in 1965, for securing distinction and university rank in M.Sc. (Mathematics) from University of Madras. She has served the cause of education in various capacities as a teacher, as a researcher and as an administrator. With her international exposure, she has been successful in making her students attain world class capabilities. While serving Anna University as Dean (Academic Research) & Dean (Science & Humanities), she coordinated the conduct of National and International level conferences on Academic Challenges for Women in the 21 st Century and Empowerment of Women through Technology & Science.

 
Ponnammal Natarajan
Dr. N. Renganathan

Dr. N. Renganathan, is the Dean for Science and Humanities. He brings in thirty-six years of association with the academic field. He holds a Master degree, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Mathematics and a diploma in French. He has also produced 4 Ph.D's. and two more are in the pipeline. He has published over twenty-five research papers in National and International journals of repute. He is a Life Member of the American Mathematical Society, a Life Member of Ramanujam Mathematical Society, a Life Member of Indian Society for Probability and Statistics and a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education.

Dr. S. Sampath

Dr. S. SAMPATH is the Director, Research and HOD of the Department of Automobile Engineering. He obtained his B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering in First Class Honours from University of Madras and was also awarded the J.A.Jones Prize in Mechanical Engineering for the year 1966. Served one year as Associate Lecturer and then three Years as Technical Teachers Trainee in College of Engineering, Guindy during which period he acquired his M.Sc. (Engg) degree in Heat Power Engineering. He has served 12 years in College of Engg, Guindy, Govt.College of Engg, Salem and finally in A.C. College of Engg & Technology, Karaikudi. He obtained his Ph.D degree from I.I.T. Madras in the year 1982. After his Ph.D, he joined Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Chennai as Dy.Chief Engineer, R & D and served in various capacities as HOD, mechanical, Dean, PG Studies, HOD, Automobile Engineering and Director, Reserch. During his 17 years 8 months service in SVCE he had guided a number of UG, PG and Ph.D students. He had published 16 papers in National and International Journals and 29 papers in National and International conferences. His paper published in the J.Institute of Energy in the year 1987 was selected as the best paper for that year and awarded the Bobcock Power award. He was a member of the Board of studies and Academic council of the University of Chennai and Anna University. He is a life member of ISTE, Combustion Institute and member of Society of Automotive Engineers. He was awarded the best Engineering College Teacher Award by ISTE for the year 2002. His areas of interest include Alternate fuels for I.C Engines, Emission measurement and control and CFD.

 
Dr. S.Sampath
Dr.V.Ramjee

Dr.V.Ramjee is the Professor and Head, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Rajalakshmi Engineering College. He got his Ph.D., in 1969 from Aerospace Engineering Department I.I.Sc., Bangalore. He got Burmah-Shell award for his publication on reverse transition from turbulent to laminar boundary layer in favourable pressure gradient. His paper published in journal of fluid mechanics in 1969, is quoted in many journals. From 1970 to 2004, he worked as a faculty in IIT Madras fro 34 years. He went to University of Houston, USA as a post-doctoral fellow from 1973 to 1975 and worked with Dr.F.Hussain. He published several research papers in International Journals and National journals and Conferences. He taught B.Tech., and M.Tech., students for 34 years and guided Research Scholars for M.S., and Ph.D. He is a Fellow of Aeronautical Society of India. He was a Visiting Professor in Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA in 2001 January to May. His specialization is in wakes, jets, boundary layers, experimental and numerical methods. He made a number of video lectures. He published his first book on "Fluid Mechanics and its Applications" in 2001 by Scitech Publications. His second book "Fluid Mechanics and Machinery" is published in 2005 by Eswar Press, Chennai.

 
Dr. V.Ramjee
Prof. Radhakrishnan

Graduated with BE in ECE, ME in Guided Weapon with specialization in guidance and PGDBM from IGNOU. Served in NPOL- Cochin, a DRDO organization before joining Indian Air Forces. In Indian Air Force, specialized in Radar, Communication Systems and Guided Missiled, Trained ina number of advanced radar and missile system. Few of the achievements are : establishing training institute for Russian origin radar systems, Few of the achievements are : establishing training institute for Russian origin radar systems, modifying the syllabus for the Guided Missile systems, modification in radar system, live calibration of radar systems, introduction of Middle Level Management course in Air Force etc. He took voluntary retirement as Wing Commander after serving for 21 years. He had worked as assist professor at Institute of Armament Technology under Pune University and at Sri Chandra Sekarendra Saraswati Viswa Maha Vidhyalaya and as professor at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
